Whether you have a prescription from your treating physician or are looking for a recommendation we've got you covered.  To get started, we set up an evaluation appointment, we will begin by verifying basic coverage information, (we are an accredited facility and a fully HIPAA-compliant office) then you will begin your evaluation with the practitioner where you will discuss and assess your functional needs and goals.  We may need to collaborate with your physician or physical therapist for the best treatment plan.
